WALNUT



This project is about how my youth shaped my view on food. My relation with food was always really close to home. We ate walnuts, pears, apples from our own garden and sometimes the meat and eggs were from a local farmer. And I was taught that food was only bad when the taste, smell and looks where bad.

This project shows that even when something is over the expiration date it can still be eaten. But where can you draw the line?
